KL TRIP - PART 1

This KL trip, I didnt really took alot of pictures
I kinda of forgotten too.. haha
So nothing much to show actually

When we 1st arrive, i guess its take alot of getting used to M'sia
Irene and SiewHua, keep asking.. "Eeeh hw come like this de?"
whenever they come across something odd
Me and Emma will just reply "well, welcome to M'sia!"
lol.. isnt it so sacarstic?

We managed to get S$68 for 2way jetstar flight to KL
which is really cheap (i think cheaper than coach fare)
The good thing is its so fast, 55 mins flight time
compared to the 4hrs journey by coach!

1st view of KL International Airport (KLIA)

Did you notice the difference in the two picture?
One part of the airport didnt have the lights on.
Hmm, are they saving the earth by switching off the lights?

This is the favourite part of the whole airport
Its just feel like we are amidst the jungle

KLIA is freaking BIG(size of 72 football field)
We have to take the Aerotrain to the baggage claim area

This is one of the cabin

This is the interior.. and not much seats
mostly for standing capacity

Its really FAST moving... no wonder they call it the AEROtrain
unlike our sky train.. which i should named it THE SNAIL

After some misleading road directory and signage
finally got to the customs clearance

Emma was explaining... we need some understanding of how Msian's brains function
in order to understand e meaning of the confusing signage!
No wonder he understand the signage well!

We joined the endless queue for foreigners

I cant remember how long we took to clear the customs
Damn, I think I had better apply for PR soon..
so I no longer have to waste time queueing

Its so maddening to see this...usual in malaysia
There are like 60 counters, only 12 are open but 6 in operation.
the balance of the 6 are open but no officer on duty

Look at this, 2/3 of the arrival hall are empty
that explains why there is a endless queue forming

Are they trying to create an illusion KL have an
overwhelming number of tourist??

Emma was already waiting with our baggage for quite sometime lor.

Next for tourist who wan to save some money like us
You can get the express train ticket for RM$35 each.

Its stops at KL Sentral but before we manage to get to the
train terminal within KLIA, we did got lost for a while.
So please ask around if you are unsure of the signage!

At KL Sentral, you can switch to the shuttle service
provided by your hotel or get a taxi

the interior is really nice and clean (amazing!)
there is even a LCD screen for entertainment

Hehe, for a trip of only 28 mins
Im amazed they even have washroom in the train!
So considerate hor!

But after 15 mins......the light is still on

Hahah, the toilet is just for shows eh..... apparently they locked it

Eventually we took a cab to our hotel from KL sentral which cost RM$30
as its not very expensive and really some travelling time.

We are staying at Capitol Hotel located at heart of the shopping malls
I must say location is very good and service wise Great!

We have booked for 2 superior rooms but
they have upgrade up to 2 connecting deluxe rooms without any surcharge.

Yah Yah!

The rooms are clean and cosy!
Definitely staying back at this hotel if we are back in KL again
Location are really good.. all the shopping malls are around the hotels
no lack of food and cafe
Can save so much money on transport

Hotel provide local newspapers on daily basis too

To be continue......
